AI Customer Support Automation Services

Connect approved answers, ticket intake and customer context so routine support reaches the right resolution or a useful human handoff.

Support automation should make an existing service process easier for customers and staff. EidenTech can scope an assistant that answers from approved material, gathers the information needed for a ticket and routes unresolved issues appropriately. We define which requests can be handled automatically and which need an authorised person, with a clear distinction between providing guidance and changing a customer’s account or order.

OUR DELIVERY PROCESS

How we approach your project

Map customer questions to supported resolutions

We review common enquiries, available guidance and the action that actually resolves each request. A question about opening hours may need only a reliable answer; an order issue may need identity checks and a service-team decision. The first scope identifies approved topics, escalation conditions and information needed for each handoff. We examine how customers reach support today and preserve a usable contact route. A customer requesting a person should not be trapped in repeated automated questions simply because a workflow has not defined its exit.

Use knowledge and customer records differently

Public help content can explain a process, while customer-specific information requires the appropriate access boundary. We define how the application retrieves each kind of context and checks the user’s authority before exposing private details. Current policy versions and source ownership matter when an answer affects a refund, service commitment or account restriction. The assistant can explain approved next steps without inventing an exception. Knowledge gaps are logged for the content owner, while private customer data stays within the agreed application and provider arrangement rather than general analytics events.

Make the handoff useful to the support team

An escalation should carry the issue, relevant contact details, steps already attempted and the reason automation stopped. We distinguish the customer’s statements from any generated summary so staff can review important details. Ticket creation, assignment and status updates are scoped against the available support-system APIs. Duplicate handling prevents repeated messages from creating unnecessary cases. If the destination is unavailable, the customer receives an accurate acknowledgement and an alternative route according to the agreed design. The workflow identifies who watches pending or failed handoffs and how they are recovered.

Evaluate resolution quality and operating workload

Testing includes routine questions, policy ambiguity, missing account context, frustrated wording and requests outside scope. We review whether the customer receives the correct next step and whether staff get enough information to continue. Conversation volume alone does not show successful resolution; repeat contacts, escalations and destination outcomes provide different signals. A limited rollout allows the support owner to inspect results and improve guidance. The operating plan covers content changes, provider failures, permission review and how to pause automation. Consequential actions remain under the authority agreed for the service process.

SHAPED AROUND YOUR SCOPE

What we can deliver

We agree the requirements and responsibilities before development begins. Your project scope can include:

  • A support-topic and resolution map with automated cases and escalation boundaries.
  • Approved knowledge access and permitted customer-context retrieval.
  • Ticket intake, routing and useful handoff context through supported connections.
  • Representative support evaluation, exception monitoring and content-owner handover.
PRACTICAL ENGINEERING

Technology choices for your requirements

The stack follows your integrations, operating model, and maintenance needs. These are options to review during discovery, rather than a fixed stack promised for every project.

  • Permission-aware knowledge retrieval and server-side generation
  • Supported ticketing or customer-system APIs after access review
  • Validated intake schemas and application-enforced action boundaries
  • Support outcome monitoring and access-controlled case context
BEFORE WE BEGIN

Planning questions, answered

Can the assistant answer questions from our help documents?

Yes. We can scope retrieval from approved guidance and define how current versions reach the assistant. The release includes questions that check source support and gaps. A content owner remains responsible for keeping policies and product information accurate.

Can it look up a customer’s order or account?

Yes, where the existing system offers a suitable interface and the user can be authorised for that information. We define the permitted records and identity checks. A public conversation by itself does not grant access to private account details.

How does a customer reach a real person?

The scope defines a supported handoff, which may create a ticket, request a callback or offer another contact route. We agree availability expectations and the context staff receive. The assistant should make that route understandable within the conversation.

Can it issue refunds or change an order?

Those actions can be assessed separately against your policies, provider capabilities and approval requirements. Guidance, a prepared request and a committed change are different permissions. We validate inputs and confirm outcomes before presenting a consequential action as completed.
