EIDENTECH / BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

API & Third-Party Integration Services

Connect the tools your business uses so information can move through a defined, reliable workflow.

An integration should remove a specific handoff and make the result easier to trust. EidenTech connects applications through APIs and event workflows, with clear decisions about data ownership, permissions, validation, and what happens when a service is unavailable.

OUR DELIVERY PROCESS

How we approach your project

Map the data and the handoff

We identify the event that starts the integration, the records it needs, and the result expected in the receiving system. Field names, identifiers, timestamps, and status meanings rarely match perfectly between tools. Defining those mappings helps avoid a connection that technically works but creates confusing records. We also agree which system owns each piece of information and whether the flow is one-way, two-way, event-driven, or scheduled.

Plan for imperfect responses

Third-party services can respond slowly, limit requests, reject data, or deliver the same event more than once. Appropriate timeouts, retries, duplicate handling, and error visibility make these cases manageable. Credentials should remain in server-side configuration, and requested permissions should fit the task. For workflows that affect orders or customers, we define how the team can identify a failed operation and safely resume it without silently repeating a consequential action.

Make the connection maintainable

We begin by reviewing the available provider documentation, account access, and test environments. Development validates representative records and key failure cases, then documents the agreed data contract. Logging and monitoring are scoped to the operational needs of the business. Provider changes, expiring credentials, and new data fields may require ongoing maintenance. A useful handover explains what the integration does, who owns it, and where to look when information does not arrive as expected.

SHAPED AROUND YOUR SCOPE

What we can deliver

We agree the requirements and responsibilities before development begins. Your project scope can include:

  • An integration map identifying source systems, destination records, triggers, and field mappings.
  • Server-side API connections with suitable credential handling, validation, and access scope.
  • Defined retry, duplicate, and failure behaviour for the agreed workflow.
  • Operational documentation and testing of representative successful and unsuccessful exchanges.
PRACTICAL ENGINEERING

Technology choices for your requirements

The stack follows your integrations, operating model, and maintenance needs. These are options to review during discovery, rather than a fixed stack promised for every project.

  • Node.js and TypeScript server APIs
  • REST endpoints, supported webhooks and authenticated requests
  • Google Sheets API or other supported provider APIs

Planning questions, answered

Can you connect our website, CRM, and other tools?

Yes. We review available APIs, account permissions, and the information that needs to move between them. The scope should define an actual workflow, such as creating a CRM lead from an enquiry, rather than simply listing tools to connect.

What if a third-party service has no API?

We can evaluate supported alternatives such as exports, imports, webhooks, or an integration service. The approach depends on what the provider permits and how dependable the workflow needs to be. Unsupported access methods should not become a hidden dependency.

Can integrations power an AI workflow?

Yes. An AI workflow can use integrations to read relevant inputs and perform permitted actions. It still needs clear access boundaries, validation, and an exception path, especially when an action changes an order, account, or external record.
