Content automation is most useful when it supports an editorial process your business understands. EidenTech can scope workflows for preparing posts, short-video material and reusable campaign assets from approved inputs. We define the channels, brand guidance and review responsibilities, then connect the preparation and publishing steps supported by the relevant platforms. Published content remains subject to your own approval and operating rules.
How we approach your project
Turn the campaign goal into an editorial brief
We begin with the audience, message, channel and action each piece of content should support. Approved facts, brand language and material you have rights to use form the input brief. A product announcement and an educational short need different structure and review. The workflow can prepare ideas or drafts while retaining the source brief, so editors understand why a suggestion was made. Unsupported product claims, fabricated testimonials and assumed offers should not become approved campaign facts simply because a model generated them. The scope identifies who signs off factual and creative decisions.
Prepare assets for specific channels
A written post, video script, caption and finished short are separate outputs with different production needs. We define which outputs are generated, assembled or supplied by your team and how they will be reviewed. Channel format, image dimensions, audio choices and accessibility needs belong in the asset specification. The application can track versions and link each asset to its campaign and approval state. Licensed material, music and customer imagery receive explicit ownership decisions. A proposed pipeline is scoped against the available generation and editing tools rather than claiming every format is automatically production ready.
Separate approval, scheduling and confirmed publication
An approved draft is not yet a published post. We model those states separately and review the platform-supported APIs, account permissions and posting restrictions before implementation. The workflow defines who may schedule content and which channels require final human confirmation. Repeated jobs should not publish the same asset twice, and a timeout needs outcome checks before a retry. Platform rejection or account-access changes enter a visible exception queue. The system retains useful publication references so the team can distinguish a prepared asset, a pending job and content confirmed on its destination.
Operate the calendar and review actual outcomes
A content workspace can show upcoming items, revisions, approval requests and failed publishing attempts. We agree how your team pauses a campaign, withdraws a scheduled item and corrects an already published message through supported controls. Measurement focuses on the channels and business goals you can actually observe, without promising engagement or sales growth. EidenTech’s autonomous content agent for reels, posts and YouTube Shorts is in development. That project informs the proposed workflow category, while each client scope still requires its own platform access, editorial rules, evaluation and release decision.
What we can deliver
We agree the requirements and responsibilities before development begins. Your project scope can include:
- An editorial workflow with campaign inputs, approved facts and brand review responsibilities.
- Defined draft and asset outputs with version history and agreed production tools.
- Approval, scheduling and supported publishing connections with duplicate and failure handling.
- A calendar, operating handover and campaign outcome measurement plan.
Technology choices for your requirements
The stack follows your integrations, operating model, and maintenance needs. These are options to review during discovery, rather than a fixed stack promised for every project.
- Server-side model APIs for agreed content outputs
- Media preparation tools selected for the target asset formats
- Editorial state, approval records and durable publishing jobs
- Platform-supported publishing APIs after capability and access review
Planning questions, answered
Can you automate reels, posts and YouTube Shorts?
We can scope the preparation and publishing steps for those content types, subject to channel capabilities and account access. Scripts, captions, asset assembly and publication are separate deliverables. The proposal identifies which steps are automatic and which require editorial review.
Can we approve every piece before it is posted?
Yes. Approval can be a required state before scheduling or publication. We define the reviewer, version being approved and what happens if that asset changes afterwards. Content should not keep an earlier approval after a material revision without the agreed review.
Can the workflow follow our brand and content calendar?
Yes. We can use your approved voice guidance, campaign briefs and calendar rules as workflow inputs. Representative drafts help establish useful evaluation criteria. Brand ownership remains with your team, including confirmation of facts, rights and sensitive messaging.
What happens if a social platform rejects a post?
The job should retain its state and show the rejection or access issue to the responsible operator. Recovery follows the platform’s supported process. We define how to retry, revise or cancel the item without silently creating duplicate publications.
